Cista mystica from which snake coils; all within Dionysiac wreath of ivy and fruit. Rev. C FAN PONT P[R] - ΑΠΑ - MΑΝΤΙΘΕΟΣ / MΑΝΤΙΘΕΟ[Υ] Two serpents flanking domed tetrastyle temple surmounted by female cult statue holding patera and scepter; to left, bow; to right, two flutes. Metcalf 478. SNG Copenhagen 159. SNG von Aulock 3464. Stumpf 57. Struck slightly off center and the obverse a bit weak, otherwise, very fine.
